OUR STORY

The Children's Ark., Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

that came into fruition in 2022.

Almost on a daily basis we receive solicitation letters from families seeking help. We also receive phone calls from organizations that are running out of money because the amount of people they are serving has reached a tipping point.   An example is the children's foster home on Guam which is now responsible for almost six hundred children.  In order to respond adequately, we needed a more organized platform in place and we understood what we needed to do.

When we joined RE/MAX, this was one of the primary reasons that we selected this franchise: its belief and the promotion of the idea that, as you succeed, you reach around and lift up.   We now have four RE/MAX franchises on Guam and we've established "The Children's Ark," a non-profit organization.

As a community of like minded believers, we want to put our resources

together so that we can truly make a difference.
Many non-profits are limited or restricted so they offer a set amount of money to each recipient.
We know we may not be able to provide each recipient with the totality of what they need, but our goal is to help enough

so that it makes a big difference in their lives.

OUR MISSION

MISSION STATEMENT

"Strength through the family"

We are an organization adhering to Christian values and beliefs. We openly welcome all and
gracefully give regardless of race, religion, sex, nationality, affiliations, and age.

We believe that children's well-being is derived from a strong family structure.

Our mission is to
help strengthen the family structure and help children in need. The Children's Ark will seek to
fund and support individuals and families in need of assistance to bring about
well-being for children and/or families. Well-being, as defined in this mission statement,
includes, but is not limited to, medical and health expenses, housing assistance, legal
assistance, and accommodation for the protection of children and families.

We will solicit funding by organizing events, seeking donations, applying for local and federal
grants, and reaching out to other charitable organizations.
